If you wish to stay during peak season and your villa has already been booked, our team will make every effort to relocate the guest to an alternative residence of equal or higher standard. If this is not possible, guest bookings must be honoured. Yes, we offer a considered payment plan, disbursed in five simple stages, as each construction stage is achieved. An initial Reservation Fee of $10,000 is required to reserve your villa(s), refundable if you change your mind within 30 days of payment. This Reservation Fee is then deducted from the Initial Deposit payment, due upon signing of the Legal Sales & Purchase Agreement, and thereafter further payments become due at specific construction stages.
