You are welcome to stay as long as you wish however if you exceed your 30 complimentary days, your villa will be temporarily removed from the rental pool for that period, and usage fees will apply. Yes, we offer a considered payment plan, disbursed in five simple stages, as each construction stage is achieved. An initial Reservation Fee of $10,000 is required to reserve your villa(s), refundable if you change your mind within 30 days of payment. This Reservation Fee is then deducted from the Initial Deposit payment, due upon signing of the Legal Sales & Purchase Agreement, and thereafter further payments become due at specific construction stages.
