"The project continues to progress steadily across both Phase 1 and Phase 2, with several key milestones achieved and the next stages of work well underway. Despite challenges with material supply due to congestion at Zanzibar port, momentum on site remains strong. While finishing items have faced delays of up to three months, we are sourcing strategically and sequencing works to ensure valuable time is not lost.

In Phase 1, internal MEP installations are advancing well, with internal wall plastering nearly complete. Ceiling brandering is underway, and electrical cabling is being pulled in preparation for gypsum board closures.

In Phase 2, the concrete structure is complete and internal block wall works are progressing smoothly. Progress here is advancing at a stronger pace, benefitting from the efficiencies and refinements gained during Phase 1. Concrete bases for the pools are also being poured, with construction to follow in sequence.

We are also pleased to announce that ground has now been broken on the Oceanview Villas, marking the start of this next chapter of development. Clearing and setting out are complete, and the excavator is already preparing the site for rapid progress.
