"The project continues to progress steadily across both beachfront villa blocks. Despite recent material delays at Zanzibar Port, work on site remains well-sequenced and momentum strong.
The Model Villa is now approaching completion, with joinery, interior finishes, landscaping, and pool works well advanced. Sample paint finishes have been applied, and sliding doors, aluminum works, and lighting fixtures are in place, while sanitary ware, switches, and sockets have also been installed. Design refinements introduced through the Model Villa will be implemented across all remaining beachfront villas, with MEP teams completing electrical cabling, A/C ducting, and plumbing installations in line with the updated layouts.
At the Oceanview Villas, excavation for the pools, column bases, and retaining walls are complete. Concrete casting for the column bases has been finalised, and casting of the retaining wall foundations is progressing in sequence across both blocks.
