"The project continues to progress steadily across both Phase 1 and Phase 2, with several key milestones achieved and the next phases of work well underway. Despite challenges with material supply due to heavy rains, we are maintaining strong momentum on site.

For Phase 1, internal MEP first fix has been completed, including Electrical, DATA, and CCTV installations, which involved chiselling and the installation of conduit pipes and square boxes. Preparations for internal plastering and finishing works are now in progress.

For Phase 2, roof shuttering, steel fixing, and MEP works have been successfully completed in preparation for the upcoming roof slab casting. These developments build on earlier progress, which included backfilling, ground beam works, and early superstructure activities.
